Biography

Laura’s musical journey as a DJ has begun in 2016.
This talented young artist born in Lithuania and now residing in one of London’s most creative musical hub’s has gone on to immerse herself in a lifestyle that only serves to amplify her hunger to absorb and learn her craft. Laura possesses a natural ear for sound and sublime technical skills. Her style is one that can’t be pigeonholed or genre-listed. Mature beyond her young years in her style and manipulation of sounds through her music selection this young DJ has already began to turn heads and ears in the DJ fraternity of not only local heroes but also her internationally established peers. Like Laura herself, her younger years were very humble but the signs were very clear from the start with her passion for expression being at the forefront of all she did, whether that be through gymnastics from the age of 7, to taking up playing brass instrument’s, singing in the local choir and even participating in her hometown folklore group. Sound and Motion have been most prevalent in this artists early development and in her last few years in Lithuania included her being part of a choreographic theatre project were the music varied from classical and Jazz to contemporary, experimental and modern. Upon completion of her education in Lithuania Laura decided that she would come to London to gain further qualifications in her chosen field but the enchantment of the London music scene and nightlife mesmerised her. “I was fascinated by the DJs abilities to unify the dance floor and make people forget about everything else outside venue the venue doors and keep the attention of the crowd’. From those moments Laura consciously made a decision that she wanted to learn how to work that magic captivating and connecting with her audience. And it seems that the moment she made that decision she was open to seeing opportunities to learn aswell as engage in meeting the right people who work within the electronic music scene especially in London.
